About me
Growing up, I've always been fascinated by computers. Whether it was
programming interactive text adventures on a Commodore 64 with Quick Basic
or experimenting with Turbo Pascal and later building simple websites with
HTML and PHP, it's always been a thrilling experience for me.
After completing my apprenticeship in event management, I decided to
pursue a degree in computer science at the Technische Universität in
Berlin. With great success, I finished both my Bachelor's and Master's
degrees in computer science.
During my bachelor studies, I began working as a software developer, and
after completing my BSc degree in 2016, I transitioned to a freelance
career as a professional software developer. Several smaller projects
later, I took on the role of an employed lead developer. After several
years of successful work, I switched to a large consulting company and
worked there for nearly two years. Throughout this time, I continued to
work as a freelance developer on the side. In the last quarter of 2023, I
decided to make the switch to full-time freelancing, which is where I am
now.
As technology continues to advance, I've always made it a point to stay
up-to-date with new and important technologies like containers,
cross-platform frameworks, and high-performance frameworks. My mantra has
been: "Never stop evolving."

Sanakey-Portal (2018 - 2025)
Developed the Sanakey-Portal application as a Fullstack Developer from
scratch. This involved planning the architecture through to its
implementation, with a team providing support. As the lead developer, I
was responsible for all aspects of the project. The technologies utilized
included:

SMIME, HTML, CSS, and Javascript among others.

Prüftool (2022 - 2023)
As part of a team, developed a "Prüftool" in PHP as a key component for a
banking application. Utilizing Symfony to create a REST API that
integrated seamlessly with a TYPO3 frontend, I played a crucial role in
delivering this project. My responsibilities included leading the
development of the REST API and designing its architecture, as well as
providing guidance on integrating Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD into the
project pipeline.
